Sellers

As a real estate agent, I wear many hats depending on who I am representing.  My role as a Seller's agent is vastly different from the one I take on a Buyer's Rep.  As a Seller's Agent, I am representing the Homeowner and taking on the task of finding a Buyer for the property.  Essentially, you, the homeowner, are hiring a Marketing Specialist.
