is one of our first homes built in Simonton subdivision
- a 3BR, 3 BA home w/ a bonus room above the garage.
Another early home in Simonton. This home featured
4BR/31/2BA in an open 2-story floorplan. We make an effort
to vary our floorplans and exterior to keep the
neighborhood visually interesting. Sold earlier in 2004
to a young family w/ a new baby. What a great addition
to our neighborhood!
This stunning 4500sq.ft. luxury residence in Island Club
was one of our high-end homes, selling for over
$1,000,000. With 5BR. & 4˝BA, this home featured two
fireplaces, keeping room, gourmet kitchen w/
professional grade appliances. We enjoyed working on
this larger scale home which gave us a great deal of
flexibility when it came to designing the floorplan and
choosing fixtures. We even used an antique door from a
French chateau for the front door! |

We developed Simonton, a subdivision on St. Simons
Island, all the lots and homes in Phase1 are now
sold. Phase II is now complete with lots and homes
for sale.

remodeling has become a growing business. Over the past
couple of years, we have helped clients, who purchased
older, pre-existing homes update their properties for
